Facilities Maintenance Technician

ABOUT
All You Need Services Inc. is a commercial maintenance company that is looking for qualified and experienced maintenance technicians in Southern California. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, organized and friendly with an ability to complete tasks alone and/or with crew members. Work-orders are exclusive to commercial facilities and the type of work involved includes but is not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general handyman services.
Part time and full-time positions are available.
LOCATION
Work from home and neighbouring regions. Seeking qualified candidates in the San Fernando Valley, Central Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley, South Bay, Gateway Cities and Orange County.
WORK DETAILS
Job description includes but is not limited to:
- Plumbing: changing toilets, changing garbage disposals, using a snake, repairing faucets, redoing pipes under sink, replacing faucets, etc.
- Electrical: Changing light fixtures, changing outlets, etc.
- Carpentry: Replace door jams, repair drawers, repair cabinets, etc.
- Including but not limited to drywall, windows, doors, painting, graffiti, HVAC, tile and flooring, trash removal, power washing and general handyman maintenance and repairs in a commercial retail environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be legal to work in the USA.
- Communication in English verbally and written. (Bilingual is a plus)
- Candidate must provide their own truck or van and their own tools.
- Driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass the background and drug test.
- Flexible schedule and availability necessary (weekdays and weekends)
